To qualify for a refund:

• Condition: Items must be gently used or unused and returned in their original packaging.

• Proof of Purchase: A valid order number or proof of purchase from our website is required.

• Non-Returnable: Gift cards and final sale items are not eligible for return.

• Timing: Please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account. All refunds are issued in US Dollars (USD).

• Shipping Costs: Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is a result of our error.
